Today I have a story for you. It's about Frank Dick, OBE, who served as the Director of Coaching for the British Athletics Federation, earning recognition as one of the most exceptional sports coaches and mentors worldwide. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in guiding British Athletics through a highly successful period, working with Olympic champions like Daley Thompson, Steve Ovett, and Sebastian Coe. Frank was directly responsible for coaching Daley Thompson and also designed training programs for elite athletes, including Gerhard Berger, Katarina Witt, Boris Becker, and Justin Rose.
