Time Line Therapy®️ doesn't necessarily mean therapy and can be extremely useful to riders. Can you imagine emptying your emotional baggage without having to talk about your past? Can you imagine how much lighter and more positive you'd feel and how much more you could do physically?
Timeline work is gentle and deep and helps riders to put their energy into their riding, rather than holding onto old emotional episodes, trauma or limitations. But, more than that time line work is about getting those goals and becoming more resilient and mentally stronger.
